Behold the Lamb of God

 

These days, too many people are caught up in fame seeking online. TikTok and other such platforms are jam-packed full of video clips of people in front of a camera, holding their cell phones out in front of them to try to get their best angle and making their duck face at it. They have nothing intelligent to say, they have no skill, and, worst of all, they are not using their 15 minutes to help anyone other than themselves. They are lovers of selves. We are warned about falling into that deadly spiritual condition in the Bible.

A large portion of civilized society automatically think they are going to go to Heaven because they are a "good person", just because they never murdered anyone. Well, over 99.99 percent of people have never killed anyone, but does that make them sinless? 

To enter Heaven, we have to be absolutely sinless. A lie, a theft, an act of unjustified violence, fornication, adultery... just one... is enough to banish us from perfect, Holy God Almighty and His Kingdom of Heaven forever.  

So how do we become sinless to enter Heaven? 

𝑱𝒐𝒉𝒏 3:3 𝑱𝒆𝒔𝒖𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒔𝒘𝒆𝒓𝒆𝒅 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒔𝒂𝒊𝒅 𝒖𝒏𝒕𝒐 𝒉𝒊𝒎, 𝑽𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒍𝒚, 𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒍𝒚, 𝑰 𝒔𝒂𝒚 𝒖𝒏𝒕𝒐 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒆, 𝑬𝒙𝒄𝒆𝒑𝒕 𝒂 𝒎𝒂𝒏 𝒃𝒆 𝒃𝒐𝒓𝒏 𝒂𝒈𝒂𝒊𝒏, 𝒉𝒆 𝒄𝒂𝒏𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒔𝒆𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒅𝒐𝒎 𝒐𝒇 𝑮𝒐𝒅.

4 𝑵𝒊𝒄𝒐𝒅𝒆𝒎𝒖𝒔 𝒔𝒂𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒖𝒏𝒕𝒐 𝒉𝒊𝒎, 𝑯𝒐𝒘 𝒄𝒂𝒏 𝒂 𝒎𝒂𝒏 𝒃𝒆 𝒃𝒐𝒓𝒏 𝒘𝒉𝒆𝒏 𝒉𝒆 𝒊𝒔 𝒐𝒍𝒅? 𝒄𝒂𝒏 𝒉𝒆 𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒔𝒆𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒅 𝒕𝒊𝒎𝒆 𝒊𝒏𝒕𝒐 𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒎𝒐𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓'𝒔 𝒘𝒐𝒎𝒃, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒃𝒆 𝒃𝒐𝒓𝒏?

5 𝑱𝒆𝒔𝒖𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒔𝒘𝒆𝒓𝒆𝒅, 𝑽𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒍𝒚, 𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒍𝒚, 𝑰 𝒔𝒂𝒚 𝒖𝒏𝒕𝒐 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒆, 𝑬𝒙𝒄𝒆𝒑𝒕 𝒂 𝒎𝒂𝒏 𝒃𝒆 𝒃𝒐𝒓𝒏 𝒐𝒇 𝒘𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒐𝒇 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑺𝒑𝒊𝒓𝒊𝒕, 𝒉𝒆 𝒄𝒂𝒏𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝒊𝒏𝒕𝒐 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒅𝒐𝒎 𝒐𝒇 𝑮𝒐𝒅.

We can't turn back the clock. Jesus lived the perfect, sinless life on Earth, and gave Himself on the cross in ultimate sacrifice in exchange for us. 

𝑱𝒐𝒉𝒏 1:29 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝒏𝒆𝒙𝒕 𝒅𝒂𝒚 𝑱𝒐𝒉𝒏 𝒔𝒆𝒆𝒕𝒉 𝑱𝒆𝒔𝒖𝒔 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒖𝒏𝒕𝒐 𝒉𝒊𝒎, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒔𝒂𝒊𝒕𝒉, 𝑩𝒆𝒉𝒐𝒍𝒅 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑳𝒂𝒎𝒃 𝒐𝒇 𝑮𝒐𝒅, 𝒘𝒉𝒊𝒄𝒉 𝒕𝒂𝒌𝒆𝒕𝒉 𝒂𝒘𝒂𝒚 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒔𝒊𝒏 𝒐𝒇 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒘𝒐𝒓𝒍𝒅.

What a declaration! I love that verse! It is often overlooked as a Salvation passage, but it purely, expressly is. Without the perfect, Holy, shed blood of Christ Jesus the Lamb of God as the ransom price for our sins, we could never be Saved. That was the perfect and ultimate, final Atonement for our sinful nature. We just have to claim it for ourselves. 

The Bible warns extremely clearly and carefully:

𝑱𝒐𝒉𝒏 14:6 𝑱𝒆𝒔𝒖𝒔 𝒔𝒂𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒖𝒏𝒕𝒐 𝒉𝒊𝒎, 𝑰 𝒂𝒎 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒘𝒂𝒚, 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒕𝒓𝒖𝒕𝒉, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒍𝒊𝒇𝒆: 𝒏𝒐 𝒎𝒂𝒏 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒕𝒉 𝒖𝒏𝒕𝒐 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑭𝒂𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓, 𝒃𝒖𝒕 𝒃𝒚 𝒎𝒆.

God the Father reigns from Heaven. His throneroom is in Heaven, His throne is in Heaven, His holy angels surround Him in Heaven. Heaven is the home of God our Father. You can not be where God is unless you are Holy. There is no way to be Holy on your own. None. Any attempt on your own at being Holy automatically results in failure because you would be doing it in selfish pride, which is a sin itself. You have only one Way to cast sin off of yourself, past, present, and future, and that is to claim Jesus as your Lord and Saviour and King. By declaring Him as your Saviour, you are thereby adopted as a Child of God. Now God truly is your Father, and you truly are His son or daughter, and you will not only be allowed into Heaven, you will be welcomed with open arms and celebration! The Gift of Salvation is an amazing, amazing thing.

We are getting closer and closer to the end of the age. This world is winding down. The end truly is coming, and make no mistake about it. Evil is rising up all around us and can not be sent back where it came from by any mortal being or army of them. Only Jesus Christ, the King of kings and Lord of lords can do that, and He very soon will. We are in a time of absolutely massive deception from every point on the compass and above and below as well. And this is just the beginning. Deception is only going to increase, and tremendously so. Make your choice for the Lord Jesus while you still can and before the great deception sets in that may blind you to Him and His wonderful Gift of eternal Salvation.
