False teacher, false prophet, false doctrine, false hope.

I got to hear a false teacher tonight. I didn't stay and listen to all he had to say because I couldn't stomach his lies any more than a certain politician we all could well do without.

The time when I got up to leave and told Sharon "We're going", was when he declared that the Lord told him that there is a "50 mile safe zone" for the Tribulation in Renfrew County with the tiny, remote little village of Combermere at its center. What INCREDIBLE nonsense! No: what LIES.

Apparently he overlooked:

Matthew 24:22 And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.

Don't be fooled: The Tribulation is virtually UNSURVIVABLE, no matter how well you think you are prepared. You don't want to be here for the Tribulation, plain and simple.

He also made out that the Lord or "lady fatima" or "our lady of lourdes" or our lady peace or something told him that God reserved Renfrew County for His People. He really did. No exaggeration, I promise you. He kinda forgot that the ONLY people that get a safe space provided by God in the Tribulation are the one third remnant Jews in the Nation of Israel that realize they've been duped by the antichrist and repented and accepted Jesus as Lord and Saviour.

Among the other nonsense he spewed was apparently the fact that April 1 next year is the day of the Rapture. BUT... he also said we are told of that by God 45 days in advance and have that period to repent of our sins so we can go. I didn't wait for him to get there. I left before he did. Maybe he veered off into some other falsehood. I don't know. I had heard more than I ever wanted to hear already.

So, live like a hellion until 45 days before the Rapture and then and only then repent when you're told by none other than God Almighty Himself? Not much faith there.

Just in case you might otherwise be fooled by such a false teacher and false prophet: It ain't gonna happen that way. At all.

He used star maps showing eclipses and saying that an eclipse is going to be the sign of the Lord's return for His Bride. If I were a betting man, I'd bet he thought we were going to see Jesus April 8th this year, and then had to 'recalculate' when it didn't happen.

Deuteronomy 18: 10 There shall not be found among you any one that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that useth divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch.

"an observer of times" is usually regarded as referring to astrology or astrologers. This guy was looking at the stars and comets to predict the Lord's return. Big, fat NOPE.

The predicting to the day is kinda Jehovah's Witness-like: Predict... look stupid... recalculate. Repeat.

He mixed Judaism, Protestantism, Roman Catholicism, astrology, "Mary said this, Mary said that", and an obscure book not in the Bible plus a whole lot of golly gee wishful thinking to come up with his theology. The Bible starts it and ends it for any true Christian. Another one of his declarations was his repeated praying to "the holy face of Jesus". So a picture. Pure, bald-faced idolatry. Well, all that Mary stuff is idolatry too. I wonder if he picked Combermere because they have this idol statue up there called 'Our Lady of Combermere' which people foolishly pray to.

Psalms 115:4 Their idols are silver and gold, the work of men's hands.

5 They have mouths, but they speak not: eyes have they, but they see not:

6 They have ears, but they hear not: noses have they, but they smell not:

7 They have hands, but they handle not: feet have they, but they walk not: neither speak they through their throat.

8 They that make them are like unto them; so is every one that trusteth in them.

Stay away from that. Far, far away. God just said that the people that make those things are stupid, and every one that puts their faith in them is as well. Don't be stupid.

Back to his predicting the Lord's return. Folks, I'm going to tell you one thing here that I am CERTAIN of: Whatever day any man tells you the Lord is going to come will NOT be the day.

Matthew 24:36 But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.

I don't pretend to know the day. I know the season, because of the Parable of the Fig Tree, and the signs of total social, moral decay all around us; calling evil good and good evil. Also wars and rumours of wars. And, especially the rise of the one world government and the attempt to control everything from a central location. Lastly, because of the attempt to do away with cash by those same people. We're in the time of the end for sure.

Revelation 22:18 For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book:

19 And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.

Yeah, I'll stick to the Bible, thanks. No eclipses, no Mary, no other books, and most definitely no man.
